We started off from selling homemade chocolate chip cookies in a tiny shop in an amusement park. The space was too small even for one person, not to mention me and my partner. There was a lack of sales within the first month and it disappointed us a lot.

Then, we got our special recipe that made us attractive to the customers. The very first day everything we made was sold out. Our success seemed to be lasting, so we decided to open up a new store and increase our production.

We had our first product line of various bakeries. Our products were greatly accepted by the market and quickly became the breakfast favs of our neighborhood.

Finally, we got our very own bakery. We were so excited to make our first step in expanding our business. Everything worked so well that we had to start a delivery service.

We won America’s Baking Awards (ABA), the most prestigious event in the world baking industry. By that time we were already well known in the states and had bakeries throughout the country.

The reward for hard work and persistent efforts was unbelievable. We were mentioned in a various highly respectable sources as one of the most sustainable businesses in a baking industry.

By this time we were capable to turn our production 100% environmentally friendly and completely free of GMO. We’ve shown that the health of our customers is the priority.
